Mixed feelings on delivery time

I purchased a Mondstein Schmuck piece. The product itself is lovely, the moonstone has a nice flash to it and the silver work is delicate. The website was easy to navigate. However, the delivery took almost three weeks to arrive in Texas. While I understand it's free international shipping, that felt like a stretch. Customer service did respond when I inquired about the delay, but couldn't speed things up. It's a good piece for the price, but be prepared for a wait.

Consistent quality, always return

This was my third time buying from Spoo Design. I've gotten a Lebensbaum Kette before, and this time I picked up a set of Silberne Creolen. They're always consistent, the silver is good and doesn't tarnish easily. Shipping was free again, which is why I keep coming back. It took about two weeks to get here in New York, same as my last order. I appreciate the reliability.

Good value for a gift

I was looking for a gift and found a nice Edelstein Halskette here. I used a small new customer discount I found, which made it an even better deal. The free worldwide shipping was a big plus, saving me quite a bit compared to other sites. For the price I paid, the necklace felt like good quality. It was definitely worth it for a unique piece without breaking the bank.

Nice pendant, long delivery

I ordered an Orgonit-Anhänger a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, and I got a confirmation email pretty quickly. Delivery took about 15 days to reach California, which felt a bit long, but it was free, so I can't complain too much. The pendant itself is good quality 925 sterling silver, just as described. The stone has nice color. I had a question about cleaning it, and customer support got back to me within 48 hours with helpful advice. Overall, a solid experience for unique jewelry, just plan ahead for shipping time.
